Through structured interviews, data analysis, and facilitated workshops, we map your Business Model Canvas and identify which of the 9 blocks are fueling growth — and which are limiting it. We calculate your current growth metrics (CAC, CLV, Churn, Revenue per Segment) to establish a clear baseline.

Design

With the diagnosis complete, we co-create your growth architecture. This includes selecting your Ansoff Matrix growth direction, defining 3–5 Strategic Themes, writing your Company OKR, and building the KPI framework that will monitor progress.
